It includes daily prompts to help with thought recording, and activities to aid recovery by helping you uncover.

Amazing product

I bought this on a whim when it popped up in my news feed. I'm really impressed with the quality and easiness of use. Not only entry pages but interspersed with help pages and exercises it's brilliant to just pick up and use.

Beautiful journal

Both efficient and beautiful, what more could you want, inspiring maybe? Yep it's inspiring too! It keeps me thinking (in a good way!) so I'm never stuck with what to jot down and makes me rethink the way i used to think (very needed!). It's been such a help and I'm enjoying the process too.

Perfect journal for my needs

This is by far the smartest overthinking journal I have come across. I searched for many on different sites and then I found this on Lovendu. There is so much packed into this well made journal, I'm really enjoying writing down my thoughts. There's lovely little quotes, mindfulness colouring, prompts, activities plus quality pages of day to day overthinking space to write.
It came well packaged and delivery was super speedy! I'm really thrilled with it, it's perfect for me and once I fill my journal, I will be purchasing more. Thank you 😊
