We have £1 standard delivery to domestic addresses (UK only). We also ship worldwide, however, we are a fairly new business so this may take a little bit of time!

Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days within the UK. International Orders will take around 5-14 working days depending on where you are based. UK Priority Delivery takes around 2-3 working days for delivery. Due to Brexit, international orders may also be subject to a customs fee when arriving in your country.

I love mine!

Thank you for helping with my anxiety. I think starting to write things down helps process things and can encourage you to change some aspects of your life to. be more positive. I'm trying to think more positively of myself now, since writing in these. Its nice to reflect on small or big amounts of progress (however they come). It also interesting to see ow you differ on different days (and respecting that).
