Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days within the UK. International Orders will take around 5-14 working days depending on where you are based. UK Priority Delivery takes around 2-3 working days for delivery. Due to Brexit, international orders may also be subject to a customs fee when arriving in your country.

Invaluable

I bought this anxiety journal at the height of my recent bout of anxiety, I was desperate to find something that I could help myself with and this was it! It is so well put together, thought provoking and has been essential in my recovery. I recommend this to anybody with anxiety whether you are struggling or not. I fill this in daily and will continue to do so. Have an will recommend to anyone, I am a nurse and now even some of my patients are now using this.

Fantastic journal

I suffer with my mental health and lot, and knew something had to give! I brought this to try it (as I LOVE their life planner). I am on week 5, and can honestly say things have gotten a little better. Being accountable to myself everyday; the good, the bad and the ugly, and it is helping. Reminding myself my thoughts are valid, leaning new ideas and techniques has really helped. Will definitely be purchasing another after this one.
