WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP TO?

We have £3.50 standard delivery to domestic addresses (UK only). We also ship worldwide. Depending on where you are in the world, we aim to get you your order to you within approx. a week. 

*INTERATIONAL ORDERS* Please be aware, due to Brexit, there may be custom charges when the order order arrives in your country. Please email info@lovendu.co.uk for more details.
WHAT'S THE SHIPPING TIME?

Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days within the UK. International Orders will take around 5-14 working days depending on where you are based. UK Priority Delivery takes around 2-3 working days for delivery.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR YOU SENT ME THE WRONG THING?

Please email info@lovendu.co.uk so we can sort this out for you!
CAN I PLEASE CHANGE THE ADDRESS? I MADE A MISTAKE.

If you email us at info@lovendu.co.uk with your order number and new address, before we pack the order, we should be able to change this for you (however, you will have to be quick as we usually pack within the first 24 hours). However, if it’s been dispatched, there’s nothing we can do.

Personalisation Questions

CAN I PLEASE CHANGE MY CUSTOMISATION ON MY ORDER?

If you have placed a personalised order, once submitted cannot be changed. Please double-check the initials and product before completing your order because personalised products are non-refundable.
ARE PERSONALISED ORDERS REFUNDABLE?

Unfortunately, personalised orders are non-refundable.
I WANT TO PERSONALISE MY PRODUCT WITH A PICTURE, MORE THAN THREE INITIALS OR IN A DIFFERENT POSITION, CAN YOU DO THIS FOR ME?

At this current time, we are only able to do lettering. So we cannot personalise with logos or pictures (except for corporate orders). However, if you want a full name or your letters to be in a different position, please emailinfo@lovendu.co.ukto see what we can do. This will cost extra depending on what you order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PERSONALISE MY ORDER?

Please allow an additional two days for us to customise and dispatch your order.
