One of the best things I’ve bought!

This journal has really helped to focus my thoughts. I’ve tried journaling to help with monitoring my emotions while I’m on antidepressants and I’ve not taken to it so far. This journal has really helped me with the daily writing prompts helping me get pen to paper.

Love love love it!

Honestly such a lovely journal. Great for people like me that don’t find it easy to just write on a blank piece of paper. I love the mood colouring section at the front as it motivates me to feel more positive. It’s really helped me with my mood & I love the colours on the front <3

Amazing!!

I had been looking for a journal for 2021 for a while and couldn't find one that I loved and knew would keep me accountable until I found Lovendu on TikTok! So far, I absolutely love it because it doesn't require much time and is diverse with quotes and other small tasks that you can do! This past year has been difficult, as for many others, and this journal is helping me get out of my slump and start believing in myself again. I highly recommend!!

This journal is amazing, especially if your trying to help your mood. I’ve found over the time I’ve been using this journal I’ve understood why I feel certain ways. I 100% recommend this journal. There are also colouring pages in it and activities and a mood tracker I love this journal a lot! :)
